261010 Lektürekurs: Leibniz, Ausgewählte naturphilosophische Schriften (PS) (WiSe 2006/2007)

Contents, comment

Leibniz war gleichermaßen bedeutender Philosoph wie auch Mathematiker bzw. mathematischer Physiker. Seine Naturphilosophie steht in enger Beziehung zu seiner Metaphysik und besitzt in ihren zentralen Themen bis heute Aktualität: sein Begriff der individuellen Substanz, sein Logikkalkül und seine frühe Verwendung von Symmetrieargumenten. Den Hintergrund bilden Mechanismus und Monadenlehre. Im Seminar werden diese Themen in ausgewählten Passagen behandelt.
Anforderungen für den Erwerb einer Leistungsbescheinigung bzw. eines Leistungsnachweises:
Eine Leistungsbescheinigung (BA-Studiengang) wird für Referate und Kurz-Essays ausgestellt.
