Laborexperimente zur aquatischen Ökologie. In diesem Praktikum werden Mesokosmenversuche zum Nahrungsnetz durchgeführt. Es wird der Frage nachgegangen, ob das Nahrungsnetz Bottom-up und/oder Top-down reguliert wird. Neben physikalischen und chemischen Parametern wird das Zoo- und Phytoplankton untersucht. Ein weiterer Aspekt wird die Untersuchung des Periphytons sein. In diesem Experiment wollen wir der Frage nachgehen, welchen Einfluß das Grazing von Schnecken auf das Meiobenthos und die Algenbiomasse hat
