Im Rahmen des Laborpraktikums werden experimentelle Fragestellungen der pflanzlichen Molekularbiologie und Physiologie an Beispielen aus dem Forschungsprogramm unserer Arbeitsgruppe bearbeitet. Hierbei werden aktuelle molekulargenetische, zellbiologische und pflanzenphysiologische Arbeitsmethoden kennen gelernt (z.B. Arbeit mit transgenen Arabidopsis thaliana-Linien, Promotor-Reportergen-Analysen, Charakterisierung von Proteinen mit Fluoreszenz-Tags) und nach einer Anleitung zur selbständigen Bearbeitung eines experimentellen Projekts eingesetzt. Das Praktikum richtet sich an Studenten höherer Semester und kann zur Vorbereitung einer späteren Diplom bzw. Staatsexamensarbeit dienen.
