Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen sind zentraler Baustein der Vertragsgestaltungspraxis. Die Veran-staltung vermittelt sowohl die rechtlichen als auch die handwerklichen Grundlagen, um AGB selbst zu entwerfen. Gleichzeitig werden Klauselwerke, die in der Wirtschaft Verwendung finden, auf ihre Wirk-samkeit geprüft. Dabei fällt der Blick auch auf die Bekämpfung oder Verteidigung von Klauselwerken im Unterlassungsprozess. Die Veranstaltung bietet den Teilnehmern Gelegenheit, die Gestaltung und den Umgang von Klauselwerken praktisch einzuüben. Die entsprechende Bereitschaft zur Mitwirkung ist Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme. Zusätzliche Schwerpunktbereichsveranstaltung (Schwerpunktbereiche Nr. 1 und 2); offen auch als Vertiefungsveranstaltung für alle Studierenden
