"Servant Leadership - Dienend führen. Ethik und Umsetzung für Diakonie,
Gemeinde und Schule." - - - Servant Leadership hat sich seit geraumer Zeit zu einem Führungskonzept entwickelt, das in vielen Unternehmen Anklang findet. In diesem Seminar wollen wir die grundlegende Konzeption erarbeiten und reflektieren, welche Bedeutung und Ethik es impliziert für Führungsarbeit in der Diakonie, für die Gemeindeentwicklung und für die Organisationsethik von Schulen. Können Diakone, Pfarrerinnen und Pfarrer, Lehrer und Lehrerinnen für ihre Arbeit so ein neues Selbstverständnis gewinnen?

Das Seminar wird als INTERNET-SEMINAR geführt zusammen mit Pastor Hartmann von der Diakonie Neuendettelsau. Deshalb können auch Studenten aus Münster und Berlin, die angefragt haben, problemlos teilnehmen. Allerdings werden wir ein Blockseminar abhalten; das besprechen wir am 23.4.08.
