Im Rahmen dieses Seminars werden die differentiell psychologischen Konstrukte „Intelligenz“ und „Kreativität“ vertieft. Dabei werden die in der Vorlesung „Dimensionen der Persönlichkeit“ behandelten Grundlagen zunächst erweitert und in speziellen Themenfeldern vertieft. Dabei wird nicht nur auf thereotische Modelle und empirische Korrelate (z.B. Geschlecht und persönlichkeitspsychologische Charakteristiken) sondern auch auf die genetischen und erfahrungsabhängigen Ursachen interindividueller Unterschiede in Intelligenz und Kreativität fokussiert. Ferner werden kulturelle Unterschiede und entwicklungsbedingte Altersunterschiede genauso behandelt werden wie die Rolle von Intelligenz und Kreativität bei der Vorhersage verschiedener Leistungsaspekte.
