Contents, comment

In der "Philosophie des Logischen Atomismus" (1918) entwickelt Bertrand Russell eine Theorie, nach der die Realität - analog zur Sprache - aus "logischen Atomen" aufgebaut ist: aus fundamentalen Einzeldingen, Relationen und Eigenschaften, die zu Tatsachen zusammengesetzt sind. Russell diskutiert in diesem Kontext viele Probleme aus der Sprachphilosophie, der Ontologie und der Erkenntnistheorie, und kommt dabei oft zu neuen und überraschenden Ergebnissen. Ziel des Seminars ist es, Russells Text einer sorgfältigen, detaillierten Analyse zu unterziehen und seine Argumente auf ihre Plausibilität zu prüfen.

Für eine Leistungsbescheinigung (im BA- oder Master of Education-Studiengang) werden mehrere kürzere schriftliche Ausarbeitungen erwartet.
