Lohnt es sich, am Wahlsonntag trotz heftigen Regens ins Wahllokal zu gehen, obwohl man doch im Matheunterricht gelernt hat, dass die eigen Wählerstimme im Ozean der Wählerstimmen wahrscheinlichkeitstheoretisch keinen Pfifferling wert ist? Und sieht die Sache bei gutem Wetter besser aus? Ist man aus moralischen Gründen oder aus anderen Gründen überhaupt gehalten, wählen zu gehen? Und können solche Gründe durch andere Gründe übertrumpft werden? Auf solche philosophischen Probleme stößt man durchaus auch im außerphilosophischen Alltag. Und um eine Analyse solcher philosophischen Alltagsprobleme soll es in dieser Veranstaltung gehen.
Für eine Leistungsbescheinigung (im BA-Studiengang) werden ein mündlicher Beitrag und die schriftliche Ausarbeitung dieses Beitrags, für einen Leistungsnachweis (im Magister- oder Lehramts-Studiengang) wird eine Hausarbeit erwartet.

Magister- oder Lehramts-Studiengang: Abgeschlossenes Grundstudium.
