Contents, comment

Das Praxismodul vermittelt den Studierenden einen ersten Einblick in experimentelles und analytisches Arbeiten mit tierischen und pflanzlichen Organismen. Es ist eng verzahnt mit dem Basismodul "Theorie II" und folgt dem gleichen Leitmotiv.
Die Studierenden sollen sich zum einen darin üben, wie Fragen zum Verhalten und zu Sinnesleistungen bei Tieren sowie zu Gestalt und Funktion bei allen Organismen formuliert sein müssen, um diese in überschaubaren Experimenten im Praktikum testen zu können und um interpretierbare Antworten von den Organismen zu bekommen. Integriert in diese Übungen sind die Behandlung praktischer und theoretischer Probleme bei der Datenerfassung und Übungen zur Datenauswertung. Zum Anderen werden mit Hilfe pflanzlicher und tierischer Gewebeschnitte (histologische Präparate) Prinzipien evolutiver Veränderungen von Organismen und Organsystemen erarbeitet und in phylogenetischen und ökologischen Bezug gesetzt.
Voraussetzung für die Vergabe von Leistungspunkten: Regelmäßige und aktive Teilnahme, 1 Einzelleistung (als benotete Klausur)
