752006 Heilkräuter und ihre heutige Bedeutung im Alltag (AG) (SoSe 2009)

Im Sommersemester soll das theoretische Wissen aus dem Wintersemester praktisch umgesetzt werden. Auf verschiedenen Exkursionen in die nähere und weitere Umgebung werden wir Kräuter sammeln und bestimmen. Desweiteren wird es praktische Anleitungen geben zum Kochen mit Kräutern, zur Herstellung eines Hustensaftes und eines Honigs.
Da die Zeitbegrenzung von 1,5 Stunden eng bemessen ist, wird AG 14-tägig durchgeführt, mit dem deutlichen Hinweis, dass sich die Dauer der Exkursionen mit An- und Abfahrt verlängert. Die AG freut sich immer auf neue Mitglieder!Literatur und Hinweise im Internet:
