Am 23. Juni 2023 ab 9:30 Uhr bis zum frühen Nachmittag bieten wir (Lehrstuhl Prof. Dr. Schrader) eine Exkursion zu Dr. Oetker (Bielefeld) an.

Das Exkursionsangebot richtet sich an interessierte Studierende der Rechtswissenschaft und ermöglicht einen Einblick in die rechtlichen Problemfelder, die im Rahmen der Automatisierung des Herstellungsprozesses von Nahrungsmitteln einschließlich der Vermarktung auftreten.

Wir werden am Standort Bielefeld neben einer Werksführung auch die Gelegenheit haben, mit Unternehmensjuristen ins Gespräch über praxisrelevante Herausforderungen im Rahmen der Fertigungstechnologie im Nahrungsmittelbereich zu kommen.

Die Teilnehmeranzahl ist begrenzt, daher wird um frühzeitige Anmeldung gebeten. Die An- und Abreise erfolgt individuell und auf eigene Kosten und Gefahr.
