Das Phänomen der staatlichen Strafe war und ist bis heute Gegenstand philosophischer Reflexion. In dieser Veranstaltung soll anhand unterschiedlicher Straftheorien versucht werden, sich selbst über Berechtigung und Begrenztheit staatlichen Strafens klar zu werden.
