291004 Allgemeines Schuldrecht (V) (WiSe 2025/2026)

Die Vorlesung beschäftigt sich mit den Vorschriften die BGB, die für alle Schuldverhältnisse gelten (§§ 241-432 BGB). Der Schwerpunkt liegt im sog. Leistungsstörungsrecht, daneben geht es um Entstehung, Inhalt und Erlöschen von Schuldverhältnissen, die Einbeziehung Dritter und die Auswechslung von Schuldner und Gläubiger.

Die Vorlesung ist verzahnt mit der Vorlesung "Vertragliche Schuldverhältnisse" bei Prof. Dr. Artz, die am 14.10.2025 beginnt. Diese Vorlesung beschäftigt sich mit den besonderen Regelungen beschäftigt, die für durch Vertrag entstandene Schuldverhältnisse gelten und baut auf die Vorlesung "Allgemeines Schuldrecht" auf. Der Besuch beider Vorlesung wird dringend empfohlen, sowohl mit Blick auf die Zwischenprüfung wie auf das Examen.

Für beide Vorlesungen wird eine vorlesungsübergreifende Abschlussklausur (Klausur für die Zulassung zur Zwischenprüfung Bürgerliches Recht gem. § 23 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 b) StudPrO sowie eine Hausarbeit (Hausarbeit für die Zulassung zur Zwischenprüfung Bürgerliches Recht nach § 23 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 StudPrO) angeboten.
