Studierende 1-60
Nach der Vorlesung können die Studierendeno die Häufigkeiten der Beratungsanlässe Bauchschmerzen, Diarrhö und Obstipation im hausärztlichen Bereich einschätzen.
o die Definitionen der Diarrhoe und Obstipation angeben.
o mögliche Ursachen der drei Beratungsanlässe (s.o.) erläutern.
o red flags und abwendbar gefährliche Verläufe der drei Beratungsanlässe benennen und reflektieren.
o die diagnostischen Vorgehensweisen der drei Beratungsanlässe darlegen.
o erste therapeutische Maßnahmen der drei Beratungsanlässe beschreiben.
Geplant als Vorlesung im LernraumPlusDie drei häufigsten Beratungsanlässe mit abdomineller Symptomatik in der Hauarztpraxis sind Bauchschmerzen, Diarrhoe und Obstipation. Ursächlich kommt ein jeweils breites Erkrankungsspektrum von organischen und nicht-organischen, von blanden über akut behandlungsbedürftige bis zu malignen Erkrankungen in Frage. Anknüpfend an symptomorientiertes Anamnesegespräch und diagnostische Strategien des Einführungsmoduls (abwartendes Offenhalten und Red Flags zur Vermeidung abwendbar gefährlicher Verläufe) werden häufige Krankheitsbilder und rationelle Vorgehensweisen zu deren Diagnostik in der Hausarztpraxis besprochen. Die Vorlesung zeigt klinische Bezüge zwischen Symptomen und (anatomischer) Organtopographie sowie zu (patho-)physiologischen Modellen auf, erörtert den evidenzbasierten Stellenwert klinischer Untersuchungstechniken des Abdomens und stellt Verbindungen zur weiterführenden internistischen oder viszeralchirurgischen Versorgung dar.
