Fortgeschrittenen-Praktikum, auch für Biochemiker. Kenntnisse in allg. Zellbiologie, Biochemie und Genetik sind erwünscht, ebenso die Kenntnis des Stoffes der Einführungsvorlesung "Entwicklungsbiologie". Themen der Versuche: Differenzierung in Zellkultur; Nervenwachstumsfaktor (NGF); Analyse von differenzierungs- und zelltypspezifisch synthetisierten Polypeptiden und Identifizierung mit immunologischen Methoden: molekularbiologische Analyse der Muskelentwicklung; Nachweis spezifischer mRNA. Objekte: Mausorgane, Hühnerembryo, Zellinien. Leistungskontrollen: Versuchsprotokolle / Kurzreferate. [Lf: n; 50: n; Fs: n]
