Lehrpersonen stehen in ihrem beruflichen Alltag häufig der Herausforderung gegenüber, unterschiedliche Motivationslagen ihrer Schüler*innen zu identifizieren und ihnen didaktisch und pädagogisch professionell begegnen zu müssen. Ein motivationsförderliches Unterrichtsklima sollte dabei bedarfsgerecht gestaltet werden. Diesem Ansatz folgend zielen die Inhalte des Blockseminars darauf ab, ein differenziertes Verständnis für Motivationsprobleme von Lernenden zu entwickeln und zu vertiefen, sowie übergeordnete Zusammenhänge zwischen spezifischen Problemformen zu erarbeiten. Neben einem tiefgehenden Verständnis der vorgestellten motivationspsychologischen Konzepte soll der Fokus stets auf den praktischen Nutzen und konkreten Anwendungsmöglichkeiten im Schulalltag gerichtet werden. Vor diesem Hintergrund steht die Reflexion konkreter Motivationsprobleme mit Hilfe eines strukturierten Reflexionsleitfadens im Mittelpunkt. Wann immer möglich, sollen ein gemeinsamer Austausch stattfinden und praktische Übungen zum Einsatz kommen.

Erfolgreiche Teilnahme an der Vorlesung „Psychologie für die Schule“ im Modul Lernen und Entwicklung, 27-BiWi3, ist wünschenswert.
Die Platzvergabe erfolgt zentral über das Teilnehmermanagement.

Zur Unterstützung des Erwerbs anwendbarer Kenntnisse wird die Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie die aktive Mitgestaltung von Seminarsitzungen erwartet. Hierzu zählen eine regelmäßige und aktive Mitarbeit sowie die Bearbeitung von Arbeitsaufträgen im Seminar. Zusätzlich kann eine Studienleistung erbracht werden, die in der ersten Seminarsitzung bekannt gegeben wird. Bei Bedarf kann eine Prüfungsleistung in Form einer Hausarbeit abgenommen werden.
