In jeder Schulklasse finden wir Schülerinnen und Schüler unterschiedlicher Begabungen, Motivation, Vorwissen, Lernausdauer, Konzentrations- und Organisationsvermögen, ... .
Im Seminar soll untersucht und erarbeitet werden, wie unter diesen Bedingungen eine
mathematische Grundbildung
(Vermittlung und Erwerb prozess- und inhaltsbezogener Kompetenzen) erfolgen kann. Im Vordergrund steht die Heterogenität als Lernchance zu nutzen und leistungsstärkere und leistungsschwächere Mädchen und Jungen individuell und als Lerngruppe zu fördern und zu stärken.
Dazu müssen zunächst Lernanlässe (Lernsituationen) und Aufgabenstellungen geschaffen werden, die dies zulassen und herausfordern. Eine angemessene Lernumgebung kann durch verschiedene Lern- und Vermittlungsmethoden, Sozial- und Organisationsformen, Einbeziehen neuer Medien, sowie durch Anleiten und Einfordern kontinuierlicher Arbeitsrückblicke geschaffen werden.
