In diesem Seminar geht es um Ziele, Konzepte, Formen und Rahmenbedingungen für eine interkulturelle Medienarbeit in der Schule. Diese sollte sich aus einer Bestandsaufnahme des Medienangebots im Hinblick auf seine multikulturelle Vielfalt und die Bedeutung der Mediennutzung für die kulturelle Identität von Jugendlichen ergeben. Welche medialen Darstellungen leisten der Konstruktion von Fremdheit Vorschub, welche Medien fördern differenzierte Gegenbilder?
