Seminar "Vertragsgestaltung und Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen für typische Vertriebsmodelle"
Vertragsformulare und Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen gehören zur Alltagserfahrung jeden Bürgers. Doch wie entwirft und überprüft man derartige Klauselwerke? In der Ausbildung wird dieser Aspekt juristischer Tätigkeit allenfalls ansatzweise vermittelt. In diesem Seminar haben die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer die Gelegenheit, als Seminararbeit Vertriebsstrategien zu entwickeln und rechtlich auszugestalten oder in der Praxis verwendete Vertriebstechniken einschließlich der dabei eingesetzten Formulare zu überprüfen. Es kann ein Wahlfachschein erworben werden. Die Anmeldung ist jederzeit möglich. Bei großem Andrang entscheidet die Reihenfolge. Eine Liste mit Themenvorschlägen wird während der Semesterferien bekannt gegeben.
