Das Seminar findet in Präsenz oder als synchrone hybride Veranstaltung statt. Nach Absprache können auch synchrone und asynchrone Online-Formate zur Geltung kommen. Die Abstimmung basiert auch auf den Vereinbarungen im Fallstudienseminar, 250384.

Das Seminar nimmt kompetenz- und teilhabeorientiert Diagnosemöglichkeiten in verschiedenen Entwicklungsbereichen mit dem Schwerpunkt auf dem emotional- sozialen Bereich in den Blick. Die an Leitfragen orientierte Beobachtung wird vertieft. Verfahren und Instumente diagnostischer Praxis werden kriteriengeleitet analysiert. Das diagnostische Inventar (standardisierte Testverfahren, qualitative Verfahren) wird erprobt (Studienleistung) verglichen und bewertet. Die Veranstaltung bereitet den diagnostischen Prozess während der Fallstudie in Element E4 vor.
