220057 Außereuropäische und Globalgeschichte als Thema im Geschichtsunterricht (TFD) (WiSe 2013/2014)

Während transnationale und Globalgeschichte in der Geschichtswissenschaft zu populären Themenfeldern geworden sind und „globales Lernen“ als Bildungskonzept immer mehr an Bedeutung gewinnt, scheint der Geschichtsunterricht in der Schule weiterhin auf den Nationalstaat und Europa fixiert zu sein. Nach einer Einführung in die entsprechenden didaktischen Konzepte wird im Seminar zunächst der Frage nachgegangen, welchen Platz außereuropäische und globale Themen im Geschichtsunterricht der Sek. I und II haben. Anschließend werden zu ausgewählten historischen Themen Praxisbeispiele analysiert und diskutiert, wie diese im Sinne „globalen Lernens“ alternativ gestaltet werden können.
