In der Vorlesung wird das Strafverfahren aus soziologischer und psychologischer Sicht betrachtet. Im ersten Teil der Veranstaltung steht dabei die theoretische Perspektive im Vordergrund. Im zweiten Teil werden die für die rechtsberatende und rechtsprechende Berufspraxis erforderlichen Schlüsselqualifikationen (speziell: Gesprächsführung, Rhetorik, Vernehmungslehre, Kommunikationsfähigkeit) an den Beispielen des Mandantenerstgesprächs, von Zeugenvernehmungen und von Plädoyers praktisch vertieft. An der Vorlesung werden Gastdozenten aus der Fakultät für Psychologie teilnehmen. Vorkenntnisse im Strafverfahrensrecht sind erforderlich.
