"Partizipation" ist einer der Grundbegriffe, der sich im erziehungswissenschaftlichen und bildungspolitischen Diskurs gesellschaftlich etabliert hat. Zu Beginn des Seminars wird in einem Exkurs ein geschichtlicher/wissenschaftlicher "Überblick" über verschiedene Diversity-Ansätze gegeben. Sowohl Diversity als auch Partizipation werden auf der Grundlage der bildungspolitischen „Mehrfachselbstverortung“ diskutiert. In diesem Zusammenhang werden Identitätstheoretische und Mehrfachzugehörige Aspekte inhaltlich besonders hervorgehoben.
