Die SW-Fotografie wird in ihren technischen und gestalterischen Eigenarten thematisiert. Im Vordergrund der Vermittlung stehen einfache, praktische Verfahren zur Bildherstellung. Die Konzeption folgt dabei dem klassischen, fotografischen Prozess: Fotografieren, Entwickeln, Vergrößern. Übergreifendes Motto: "Technik ist entscheidend, aber sie entscheidet nicht." (M. Ruetz)

Das Seminar wird in diesem Semester einmal angeboten. Die Gruppengröße ist auf sieben Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer begrenzt. Das Seminar wird entweder als Block ( Fr.-So. 11.11. – 13.11.11, 9-18 Uhr ) oder als 4-std. Veranstaltung durchgeführt ( Mi. 10-14 Uhr, 17.10. – 28.11.11).
Bei der Einführungsveranstaltung am 12.10.11, 10:00 Uhr wird darüber entschieden. Gemeinsame Abschlußbesprechung: 01.02.2012. Die Materialkosten betragen ca. € 25.-.
