In dieser Veranstaltung werden die immer bedeutsamer werdenden internationalen Bezüge des Strafrechts behandelt. Das ist neben den traditionellen Problemstellungen des Strafanwendungs- und Rechtshilferechts insbesondere die Entwicklung eines „Europäischen Straf- und Strafverfahrensrechts“. Dabei wird vor allen die Bedeutung der europäischen Entwicklung für das Wirtschaftsstrafrecht thematisiert.
Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende der Schwerpunktbereiche 8 & 9.
Es wird eine SPB-Hausarbeit angeboten. Die genaueren Termine werden durch das Prüfungsamt bekannt gegeben.
