Groteske, parodistische und satirische Texte stellen einen reizvollen Gegenstand des Literaturunterrichts dar. Wie alle "komischen Formen" beruhen sie auf dem Bruch mit dem Regelhaften: Vermischung heterogener Phänomene, Verfremdung bekannter Formen, Entlarvung des defizitären Vorhandenen durch Spott und Preisgabe an die Lächerlichkeit. Sie sind daher vorzüglich geeignet, sowohl literarische Verfahrensweisen der Verfremdung als auch soziokulturelle Funktionen von Literatur im Unterricht exemplarisch zu thematisieren. Die Veranstaltung führt in Theorie und Didaktik dieser Formen ein.
