360043 Sexualität in den Religionen (S) (SoSe 2012)

In allen religiösen Systemen können Regelwerke gefunden werden, anhand welcher der Körper, die Sexualität und das Geschlechterverhältnis reglementiert werden. Diese Regelwerke wurden von den religiösen Institutionen abhängig u. a. vom Verständnis „Gott-Mensch“ definiert (Glaubenslehren/ Verhaltensregeln) und dank der kultischen Praktiken und der religiösen Mythen weitergetragen. Das scheinbar allgemeingültige dieser Aussage wurde in der Geschichte der Religionen oft in Frage gestellt und wird auch heute aus aktuellen gesellschaftlichen Anlässen diskutiert. Dazu gehören sowohl die Debatte über das Kopftuch, über die gleichgeschlechtliche Ehe, über die Verhütung und über das Kindesmissbrauch in der Kirche.
In diesem Seminar wird exemplarisch auf diese Regelwerke im Judentum, Christentum, Islam, Hinduismus und Buddhismus eingegangen und deren gesellschaftliche Aktualität wird anhand bildungsrelevanter Themen bearbeitet.
