In diesem Seminar werden Formen der "Übertragung“ qualitativer (primär) Daten in schriftliche Texte (sekundär Daten) sowie Formen der Anonymisierung von qualitativen (sekundär) Daten erlernt. Methodologisch wird dabei folgenden Fragen nachgegangen: Welchen Nutzen trägt die Transkription als Methode der Datenaufarbeitung? Welche Arten von Daten lassen sich transkribieren? Gibt es Grenzen der Transkription? Wie fein muss transkribiert werden? In welcher Beziehung stehen Transkripte zu den ursprünglichen Daten? Warum sollten Daten anonymisiert werden? Welche Arten von Daten lassen sich anonymisieren? Gibt es Grenzen der Anonymisierbarkeit? Wie genau muss anonymisiert werden? In welcher Beziehung stehen anonymisierte Daten zu den ursprünglichen Daten? Außerdem sollen verschiedene Transkriptions- und Anonymisierungsysteme eingeführt und in Hinblick auf ihren Nutzen für verschiedene Fragestellungen diskutiert werden.
