Aktions- oder Handlungsforschung beschreibt das Erforschen des Unterrichts im Unterricht. Ziel die Aktionsforschung ist, z.B. unterrichtsrelevante Aspekte aufzugreifen und diese - im Idealfall - während des Unterrichts durch die dort tätige Lehrkraft systematisch zu erforschen. Aktionsforschung dient deshalb nicht nur der Forschung, sondern bietet auch Möglichkeiten, den eigenen Unterricht zu verbessern. Demzufolge kann Aktionsforschung auch zur Curriculumsentwicklung und -anpassung verwendet werden.
Themen des Seminars sind:
- Überblick über Forschungsparadigmen; Verortung der Aktionsforschung innerhalb der Forschungsparadigmen
- Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der Aktionsforschung
- Curriculumentwicklung und -anpassung
- Forschung
- Beispiele für Aktionsforschung
