Ziel der Veranstaltung ist die Vermittlung grundlegender Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit einer Textverarbeitung am Beispiel MS Word. Praktische Übungen sind Teil des Kurses.
Folgende Themen bilden den Schwerpunkt:
▪ Überblick über die Möglichkeiten des Programms
▪ Umgang mit Word (Oberfläche, Ansichten, Menüs, Symbolleisten etc.)
▪ Definition und Umgang mit Seite, Absatz, Zeile
▪ Formatieren (Absatz, Zeichen, erstellen von Formatvorlagen etc.)
▪ Erstellen und aktualisieren eines Inhaltsverzeichnisses
▪ Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Kopf- und Fußzeilen, sowie Fußnoten

Es sind keine Kenntnisse in MS Word erforderlich.
