230350 Introduction to Linguistics I (S) (WiSe 2021/2022)

Contents, comment

In this class you will be given an overview over the descriptive areas of linguistics (phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, and semantics) as well as the tools and terminology used in these areas.

Requirements for participation, required level

I plan to teach this class in a lecture hall. Should the pandemic situation change and this isn't possible after all/anymore (already before the teaching period begins or during the semester), this class will be taught in zoom. Also, if we don't get a lecture hall big enough to accommodate everyone safely, we'll do this online.
