Schilddrüse: Die Hypothalamisch-hypophysäre Regulation der Schilddrüsenhormonsynthese kennen und benennen können. 

Die Symptome der Unter - und Überfunktion kennen.

Diagnostik: Labor bei SD- Erkrankungen, Labor, Sonographie, Szintigraphie.

Die Behandlungsprinzipien bei Schilddrüsen-Erkrankungen kennen und differenziert einsetzen können: Medikamentöse Therapie, Nuklearmedizinische Verfahren, Chirurg. Verfahren.

Klinisch-praktische Kenntnisse:

Tastuntersuchung der Schilddrüse, Hautqualitäten bei Über-und Unterfunktion, Herzfrequenzbeurteilung.

Nebenschilddrüse:

Regulation des Kalziumhaushaltes, Vitamin D- Stoffwechsel kennen und darstellen können

Symptome der Hyper- und Hypokalzämie kennen und benennen

Differentialdiagnose der Hyper- und Hypokalzämie kennen und diagnostische Maßnahmen zur Abklärung diskutieren können

Einfluss des Hyperparathyreoidismus auf Niere und den Knochenstoffwechsel kennen

Hyperkalzämische Krise: Symptome kennen, Notfalltherapie veranlassen können

Die Therapiemöglichkeiten des Hypo- und Hyperparathyreoidismus kennen
