Dieses Seminar verbindet die Lektüre von Michel Foucault - "Überwachen und Strafen"
mit psychoanalytischen Übungen zur Reflexion von Erfahrungen der Unterwerfung und des Gehorsams.
Diese Kombination soll helfen "Autorität zu werden" (als eine Frage der persönlichen Entwicklung im Lehrerberuf) und diese kritisch reflektieren zu können.

Es geht also um Formen von Macht und um pädagogische Autoritäten,
sowie die immer begleitende ethische Frage nach der Legitimität selbiger.
Es geht auch um Konfliktfälle, wie Autoritätsverweigerung oder die Verweigerung Autorität zu sein.
