Die Veranstaltung vertieft das bereits zum Stoff der Sachenrechtsvorlesung gehörende Recht der unbeweglichen Sachen. Schwerpunkte werden dabei sein Erwerb und Verlust des Eigentums an Grundstücken, Inhalt des Eigentums an Grundstücken, die Grundpfandrechte sowie das Grundbuchverfahrensrecht.
Es werden eine Semesterabschlussklausur gem. § 28 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 sowie eine Hausarbeit gem. § 28 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 StudPrO 2012 angeboten.

Für Studierende des Hauptstudiums.
Voraussetzung für eine sinnvolle Teilnahme ist der vorangegangene Besuch der Vorlesung Sachenrecht.
