Notwendige (Teilnahme-)Voraussetzungen (siehe FsB), empfohlene Vorkenntnisse

Es werden keine Kampfsportvorerfahrungen vorausgesetzt.

Kein Schmuck (Ketten, Ohrringe, Piercings etc.)!
Lange (oder kurze) weite Hosen ohne Reißverschluss oder ähnlich harte Dinge im Fussbereich!
Konkretisierung der Anforderungen

Neben der Mindestleistung (ML) kann auch eine Fachpraktische Prüfung (FP) oder Lehrpraktische Prüfung (LP) abgelegt werden.
