Das Seminar vermittelt einen konzentrieten Überblick über die Grundlagen, die Strukturen und die wichtigsten Bereiche der deutschen Rechtsordnung. Es behandelt insbesonere die Grundzüge des Öffentlichen Rechts und bietet eine Einführung in das politische System in Deutschland. Zudem werden nach Interesse der Teilnehmenden weitere Rechtsgebiete in den Fokus genommen.

Das Seminar richtet sich an Teilnehmende des Orientierungsstudiums für internationale Studieninteressierte mit und ohne Fluchthintergrund (NaWiOS).
