Die Mitte der Promotionszeit befindet sich oft in einem Spannungsfeld von bereits Erreichtem und Noch-nicht-Erreichtem: Der Anfang ist längst gemacht, aber ein diffuser „Berg“ von Aufgaben versperrt den Blick auf ein erfolgreiches Ende.
Dieser Workshop lädt ein, die Halbzeit für eine konstruktive Zwischenbilanz zu nutzen. Die Teilnehmer/-innen haben Gelegenheit, bereits erreichte Vorhaben sowie noch anstehende Aufgaben genauer zu bestimmen, so dass sie eine motivierende und umsetzbare Arbeits- und Zeitplanung vornehmen können. Dabei spielt der Blick auf die eigenen Stärken und Ressourcen eine wichtige Rolle. Sie erhalten Anregungen, wie sie ihren persönlichen Arbeitsstil, Schreibtechniken und andere persönliche Motivatoren produktiver nutzen können. Durch den Austausch in der Gruppe haben sie außerdem die Möglichkeit, von den Erfahrungen anderer „Gleichgesinnter“ zu profitieren und sich wertvolle Informationen, Tipps und Ermutigung für die Klärung von individuellen Fragen zu geben.
