In this seminar, we will touch on the theory, construction and measurement problems in personality research. Special attention will be given to personality and cultural findings.
This seminar will provide students opportunities to evaluate theories and findings in personality research, and apply them in their work.

The binding module descriptions contain further information, including specifications on the "types of assignments" students need to complete. In cases where a module description mentions more than one kind of assignment, the respective member of the teaching staff will decide which task(s) they assign the students.
Students are expected to read one or two research papers per week and actively participate in the discussion.
Each student will be assigned into a group at the beginning of the semester, and each group will be asked to either choose a paper or a personality test, and lead the discussion once during the semester.
Students will also be using the Lernraum/LernraumPlus to discuss papers, work on assignments, and complete personality questionnaires.
