Die Veranstaltung vermittelt die Grundlagen des Sozialversicherungsrechts. Gegenstand sind zunächst die allgemeinen Grundregeln und Grundstrukturen der Sozialversicherung. Anschließend werden die einzelnen Versicherungszweige (Mit Ausnahme der Arbeitslosenversicherung, die Gegenstand der Vorlesung Sozialrecht II im Wintersemester ist) vorgestellt. Der Schwerpunkt liegt hier jeweils auf dem versicherten Personenkreis und den jeweiligen Leistungen. Bestandteil der Veranstaltung sind ebenfalls die Grundzüge des sozialrechtlichen Anspruchsaufbaus.
Die Veranstaltung richtet sich vornehmlich an Studierende im Schwerpunktbereich 7.HINWEIS ZU KLAUSUREN IM SPB 7:
Der Stoff dieser Veranstaltung ist Gegenstand der fünfstündigen SPB-Aufsichtsarbeit im SoSe 2024. Das gilt außerdem für den Stoff der Veranstaltung "Koalitions-, Tarifvertrags- und Arbeitskampfrecht ".
