360014 Der Weg zum Bekenntnis (S) (SoSe 2009)

"Ich glaube an Gott den Vater...". Nicht umsonst setzt Luthers Kleiner Katechismus danach mit der Frage fort: "Was ist das?".
Die Bekenntnisse der Kirche versuchen, den christlichen Glauben "auf den Begriff zu bringen": kurz, knapp und verständlich. Trotzdem – oder deswegen – sind sie das Ergebnis von fast 100 Jahren intensiver theologischer Arbeit und heftiger Kontroversen.
Im Seminar wollen wir uns mit den Hauptkontroversen der Alten Kirche befassen: "Trinitarischer Streit" und "Christologischer Streit" (318-451). In ihnen sind die Grundaussagen der Bekenntnisse der Evangelischen und Katholischen Kirche verfasst worden.
