Für die Arbeiten der Studierenden in der Fallstudienwerkstatt "Schulentwicklung" ist eine theoretische Fundierung der Schul- und Unterrichtsentwicklung notwendig. Dies soll im Seminar in Absprache mit den Lehrenden der Fallstudienwerkstatt erarbeitet werden.
In einem ersten Teil werden wir prinzipielle Fragen der Schulentwicklungsarbeit thematisieren: Was ist ein Schulprogramm? Wie sieht der organisatorische Rahmen in der Schule aus? Was ist Evaluation? Welche Methoden kommen zum Einsatz? Was daran ist "Entwicklung"?
Im zweiten Teil der Veranstaltung werden Beispiele von Schulentwicklungsprozessen analysiert. Als Beispiel werden wir hier die länderübergreifenden Vergleichsarbeiten (VERA) wählen: Ihre Einbindung in die Schulentwicklung und die Rückmeldeprozesse von Ergebnissen auf Einzelschul-Ebene. Was wird hier entwickelt?
Im abschliessenden Teil werden die zuvor besprochenen Konzepte mit Fragen der praktischen Umsetzung verglichen. Die Studierenden sollen die Möglichkeit haben, auch "über Nebenwirkungen von Schulentwicklungsarbeit" nachzudenken.
