In einfachen und robusten Versuchen soll dieses Praktikum in das Handwerkszeug der quantitativen Biologie einführen. Es werden Darstellungs- und Meßmethoden für biologisch wichtige Molekülklassen sowie die Grundzüge von Wachstum und Zellaufbau an Mikroorganismen, histologischen Präparaten und leicht erhältlichem biologischem Material aus dem Haushalt vorgestellt. Ein weiteres Ziel ist das Erlernen quantitativer Auswertung und ihrer graphischen Darstellung. Die theoretischen Grundlagen werden in der gleichnamigen Vorlesung gebracht. Leistungsnachweis: Protokoll/Klausur.
