Competencies

Studierende verfügen über fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse aus dem Bereich der Humanbiologie, insbesondere der Biologie der Wahrnehmung, Reizverarbeitung, Bewegung, Nahrungsaufnahme und -verarbeitung, und der Sexualität.
Sie sind in der Lage, Themen der Humanbiologie didaktisch aufzubereiten und zu präsentieren, sowie Unterrichtsreihen fachlich angemessen und Zielgruppengerecht unter Verwendung einschlägiger fachdidaktischer und fachwissenschaftlicher Literatur zu konzipieren, zu planen und durchzuführen. Sie kennen wesentliche Standpunkte und Argumentationsweisen ethischer Debatten im Bereich Humanbiologie (z.B. Sterbehilfe, Organspende, Reproduktionsmedizin) und sind in der Lage, Diskussionen zu diesen Themen angemessen zu leiten.

Content of teaching

Wesentliche Grundlagen der Biologie des Menschen: Aufbau und Funktion der Sinnesorgane, Wahrnehmung und Reizweiterleitung und -verarbeitung. Aufbau und Funktion von Muskeln und Bewegungs- und Atmungssystem. Aufbau des Herz-Kreislauf-Systems. Funktion und Aufbau der Organe, Modelle in der Humanbiologie und ihre Möglichkeiten und Grenzen. Zur Professionalisierung der angehenden LehrerInnen werden didaktischen Aufarbeitungen und Präsentationen reflektiert
