Competencies

Sie vertiefen Ihre berufspraktischen Erfahrungen in einer Organisation des von Ihnen angestrebten Berufsfeldes und erwerben Kompetenzen hinsichtlich der Umsetzung Ihres theoretischen Fachwissens in die konkrete Arbeitspraxis. Im Rahmen einer sowohl vor- als auch nachbereitenden Begleitveranstaltung tauschen Sie sich mit anderen Studierenden aus und erhalten so weitere Einblicke in das breite Spektrum des für Ihr Studienprofil relevanten Berufsfeldes.
Den Erwerb der Kompetenz, Ihr bisheriges theoretisches Fachwissen im Kontext konkreter Arbeitspraxis anzuwenden, weisen Sie nach, indem Sie Ihre spezifischen Erkenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit dem jeweiligen Praktikumsgeber und Berufsfeld in Form eines schriftlichen Berichts kritisch reflektieren.

Content of teaching

Ziel des Praktikums ist es, Ihnen einen Einblick in die jeweilige Arbeitsweise einer mit "Sport" befassten Organisation zu eröffnen, wobei das Hauptaugenmerk auf die Belange des Managements sowie der Organisationsentwicklung gelegt werden soll. Im Normalfall absolvieren
Sie das Blockpraktikum nach Rücksprache mit dem Veranstalter bei einer Organisation aus einem der Tätigkeitsfelder "Sportvereine, -verbände, -verwaltung", "weitere Sportanbieter", "Bildung", "Industrie und Handel", "Medien", "Sponsoring, Marketing", "Tourismus" oder "Event-Organisation".

Recommended previous knowledge

Der erfolgreiche Abschluss der Veranstaltung "Orientierende Berufsfeldstudien" des Moduls W-BSuM1 wird empfohlen.
