Competencies

Das Modul "Strafrecht I" soll erste grundlegende Kenntnisse im Strafrecht, strafrechtsdogmatische Strukturen und Techniken der Subsumtion vermitteln. Die Studierenden werden in die Lage versetzt, systematisch an einen einfachen strafrechtlichen Fall heranzugehen und diesen in seinen Grundzügen zu lösen.
Im Rahmen der Prüfungsleistung weisen die Studierenden nach, dass sie die spezifische Methodik der strafrechtlichen Falllösung beherrschen. Dies erfolgt anhand einfacher, für sie unbekannter Fälle aus dem Bereich der im Rahmen des Moduls behandelten Rechtsfragen. So erbringen sie den Nachweis, aufgrund des erworbenen Transferwissens solche Sachverhalte rechtlich überzeugend lösen zu können.

Content of teaching

Die Vorlesung "Strafrecht für das BA-Nebenfach I" führt anhand der Delikte Körperverletzung und Totschlag und deren Qualifikationen in die Probleme des allgemeinen Teils des StGB ein (Vorsatz und Fahrlässigkeit, Vollendung und Versuch, Tun und Unterlassen, Tatbestandsmäßigkeit, Rechtswidrigkeit, Schuldhaftigkeit). Neben dieser zweistündigen Vorlesung finden Arbeitsgemeinschaften statt, in denen vorlesungsbegleitend die Methodik der Falllösung geübt wird.
Die Veranstaltung "Strafrecht für das BA-Nebenfach II" vermittelt die Grundzüge der weiteren Delikte gegen die Person sowie eine Einführung in die Eigentums- und Vermögensdelikte. Auch hierzu wird ein vorlesungsbegleitendes Falltraining angeboten.
