Competencies

Erwerb grundlegender Kenntnisse der Theorien, Methoden, Themengebiete und Befunde der Wahrnehmungs- und Kognitionspsychologie. Erkennen und Reflexion der Beziehung zwischen Theorie, empirischer Forschung und Anwendung psychologischer Erkenntnisse. Kritische Würdigung von Forschungsergebnissen und Forschungsmethoden.

Content of teaching

Dieses Modul behandelt die Bereiche visueller und auditiver Wahrnehmung, Aufmerksamkeit, Kurzzeit-, Langzeit-, sowie Arbeitsgedächtnis, Gedächtnisfehler, Wissensrepräsentation und Problemlösen. Neben aktuellen theoretischen Ansätzen sollen auch verschiedene methodische Paradigmen beleuchtet werden.
