I am data scientist for Big Data in Life Sciences at the German Network for Bioinformatics Infrastructure (de.NBI). My projects include the analysis and interpretation of microbiome data to characterize microbial communities inhabiting different environments.
Also, I am Service Representative in the Special Interest Group 'Service and Service Monitoring'.
