• One focus of his appointments is corporate tax law as well as accounting and tax structuring for staff, people and corporations.
• Other areas of experience include the legal and tax aspects of structuring internationally active groups of companies.
• In his work, Kay Klöpping has developed a particular specialism in succession advice for family businesses and private individuals, in particular in corporate succession with all the associated issues of company law and inheritance law
• Establishment and supervision of family foundations and charitable foundations.
