This course will be run in English. It will introduce students to the science of conservation biology, the concepts which are useful and the implications of conservation biology. Students will also participate with seminars on popular topics and we plan to visit conservation agencies and protected areas together to get a hands-on view on local conservation topics. Students can get three (FSB 2002) or two (FSB 2011) credit points for regular attendance and a written report or essay.
