You can define various search criteria in the electronic course catalogue (eKVV) to find courses that are interesting for you.
|

On the left-hand side you see the categories described below of which you need to complete at least one. Then, click on Start search! (bottom left) to obtain a list of suitable courses.

Degree programme
|
|
|
|
In addition to the degree programme, you can also search for the subdivision into basic studies and main course, compulsory/optional compulsory and optional course, semester and the allocation to specific fields or modules.

|
Department
|
|
|
|
Here, you can see all courses offered at a specific faculty. Additionally, you have the possibility to search for courses open for students of other/all faculties.
|
|
|
|
Teaching staff
|
|
|
|
This is the right category for you if you search for courses held by a specific member of the teaching staff.
|
|
|
|
Times and rooms
|
|
|
|
Here, you find courses held on specific weekdays and at specific times or in specific rooms. This search makes perfect sense in combination with the categories faculty and degree programme.

|
|
Miscellaneous
|
|
|
|
Finally, you can base your search on specific reference numbers, course types and topic keywords.
|
|
|
|
Recommendations for successful searches
|
|
|
|
You can select all categories at the same time. Only courses fulfilling ALL criteria are shown in the subsequent search.
You should, however, start with a few restrictions first and select additional categories only if the search yields too many results. Otherwise, it may happen that you miss out on courses.
You have the possibility to deactivate a partial search criterion again using the cross symbol.
